Updates Concerning CBN-Manara Anchor Borrower Zero Interest Loan Application 2020

Dear our esteem readers, if you can recalled few months back, an online forms were filled for the purpose of zero interest loan ( CBN-Manara Anchor Borrower Zero Interest Loan) from Manara, a subsidiary of JIBWIS with conjuction with the Central Bank of Nigeria. After the closing of the application date, the data of applicants were submitted to the CBN.

But in the recent days, there is forms that are beign on distribution in some Mosque but these forms are to be filled only  by those that already applied Online.

Here are some key points to take note of concerning the issue

1. First of all, if you have filled the Online application, you need to fill the offline form that is beign on circulation.
2. During the online application, there was issues that cannot be explain here to the extent that the Federal Government had to intervened on the matter. The programme was to disburse the loan to 2 million Applicants which JIBWIS will stand for them as Grantor. During the online application period the number of applicants did not reach the 2 million untill the application closing date.
3. After the Issues were resolved another special company called “Himma” was given the mandate to continue from where Manara company stopped. In the next coming  month(s), a link will be provided by “Himma” where the online application will continue to meet up with the 2 million applicants mark. But those that had already filled the initial online application need not to apply again as their bvn and other i formation are already on the data base.
4. Concernining the form we made mentioned above, the form is only in circulation in some 11 selected states for testing of the process. After those 11 selected states the offline form will certainly go to the other states. Do not panic  or point fingers to the Religion Leaders of your state for not standing for you as the selection of the 11 states was a directive form Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
5. Besides, the filled offline forms are to be submitted to their States through their Local Governments under their organisation or group. And your organisation is the one responsible for the sharing of the forma and the onward submission of the filled forms. All information required by the applicants will be received by your group or organisation.
