Method of Application
- Application Forms are obtained from the Nursing Service Department, Ministry of Health, New Secretariat, Umuahia on payment of non-refundable fund fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only at UBA and First Bank.
- Purchase of forms begins on 7th December 2020 to 15th January 2021 (6 weeks).
- All completed forms should be returned to the Nursing Service on or before 15th Friday, January 2021
