This is to inform all successful candidates shortlisted for interview into COMMUNITY MIDWIFERY programme 2021 Intake that the interview is scheduled to hold at Kasimu Kofar Bai School of Nursing Katsina on Thursday 25th February 2021 by 8:00am. While coming for interview, candidate MUST come along with ORIGINAL copy of the following:

  1. Acknowledgement Card
  2. Primary School Leaving Certificate
  3. Secondary School Testimonial
  4. Statement of Result or WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Certificate
  5. Indigene Letter
  6. Letter of Identification of Residence signed by Village Head, Ward Head, District Head and LG Chairman
  7. Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age.
