Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology, Vom in Affliation with ATBU Admission Form for Degree and PGD Programmes 2021/2022 Academic Session

The Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology, Vom in affiliation with the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi (ATBU) invites application from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the following degree and PGD programmes:

1. B. Tech. Agricultural Science (Animal Production).

2. B. Tech. Agricultural Science (Crop Production).

3. B.Tech. Agricultural Economics & Extension.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Interested applicants should visit the college portal “http://portal.fcahptvom.edu.ng/degree”

from 1st July, 2021 to complete the application form online.

Steps to complete the application form:

  • Create and account on the portal.
  • Generate RRR and make payment using your debit card or through any bank.

 

The cost of application form is as indicated below:

  • Degree programme: N5, 000.00 only (including screening charges).
  • Go back to the portal through your account and complete all necessary forms and submit your application.
  •  Printout the application form.
  •  Ensure that the online form is carefully and correctly completed as corrections on personal information or change of course after completion of online application and submission will attract a fee.
  • It is mandatory for DE applicants to make arrangement with their previous institutions to forward a hard copy of their Transcript to the Secretary, Directorate of Degree programme, Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology (FCAH&PT), P.M.B. 05, Vom, Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria. No candidate will be considered for admission without a valid transcript.

 

CLOSING DATE FOR COMPLETION AND SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM

Candidates are expected to complete and submit the application form online, printout a copy of the application form on or before 3
rd September, 2021.

The printed application form, photocopy of your credentials and a copy of the receipt of the purchase of the form should be returned to the Secretary, Directorate of Degree programme, Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology (FCAH&PT), P.M.B. 05, Vom, Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria on or before 3rd September, 2021.

DATE FOR SCREENING OF CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION

Screening of candidates will hold on Saturday 18th September, 2021 by 8am in the College premises.
