How to Draft N-power Batch C Stream 1 Acceptance Letter on NASIMS Portal npower Login Dashboard
Following the Onboarding of N-power Batch C Stream 1 volunteers, Beneficiaries are to print out their deployment letter (PPA letter), resume or report to their PPA within the 3 days of their posting.
Before we explain further, the Npower Acceptance Letter is your deployment letter which the Npower sent to your dashboard and they want you to download and print it then take it to your PPA supervisor for signing and acceptance and upload it back to NASIMS portal.
Npower batch C stream 1 deployment & acceptance letter sample & format
Below is the sample and format of N-power acceptance letter which is to be fill by beneficiary PPA Official.
Please after downloading the PPA/deployment letter, you are to take it to your assigned supervisor at your place of primary assignment not exceeding three days from the date of deployment.
PPA means Place of Primary Assignment i.e Schools for N-teach, Hospitals and Primary Health Care for N-health…. e.t.c.
Your assigned supervisor will screen your documents (Credentials) and tick the accepted or rejected box, if you are accepted, you are to re-upload the acceptance letter (Tick deployment letter by your PPA Official) to your NASIMS portal npower login again, this is the process, please when going to your PPA please go with all the documents you uploaded on the Npower NASIMS portal
Beneficiaries are to also write their PPA acceptance letter which should be Formal Letter format and submit to their PPA which will be included in their PPA documentation.
NOTE: This acceptance letter is to be submitted to your PPA NOT TO OFFLOAD on the NASIMS portal login dashboard.
The one to upload on NASIMS portal is the filled printed deployment letter.
PPA DEPLOYMENT LETTER
For the purpose of clarification,your PPA DEPLOYMENT LETTER is designed to serve 3 purposes:
1. IT’S YOUR DEPLOYMENT LETTER: Your PPA DEPLOYMENT LETTER is the letter to which you’re being deploy to primary place of assignment.
2. IT’S YOUR ACCEPTANCE LETTER: Your PPA DEPLOYMENT LETTER when filled, signed and the acceptance box there in is ticked by PPA officer, then it as become the acceptance letter to which you will upload on nasim self service portal.
3. IT’S YOUR YOUR REJECTION LETTER: your PPA DEPLOYMENT LETTER when filled, signed and the rejection box there in is ticked by the PPA officer, then it become your rejection letter to which you will upload on the nasim self service portal. That’s in case when you’re rejected.
More so, you do not need a special draft acceptance letter or rejection letter from your PPA.
