The Board of Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria at its 55th General Meeting held from 20th to 22nd October, 2021 has granted approval for the Direct Entry Admission of LICENSED COMMUNITY MIDWIFERY graduates who have served the mandatory two (2) years bond in their community.
Consequently, the sale of DIRECT ENTRY application forms for admission into BASIC MIDWIFERY programme (200 Level) at Nana Babajo School of Midwifery, Malumfashi commences from Monday 13th December 2021 and ends on Sunday 9th January 2022.
NOTE
1. Direct Entry Basic Midwifery programme is NOT for Secondary School leavers.
2. It is a programme for Licensed Community Midwife (LCM) seeking to be trained and become Registered Midwife (RM).
3. Applicant MUST must be a Licensed Community Midwife with current practicing licence and have at least 2 years work experience.
4. Applicants MUST possess at least 5 Credits including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in not more than 2 sittings in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB.
