Oyo State Road Traffic Management Authority 2009 is a law that established the OYRTMA to regulate, control and manages traffic and other road activities.
OYRTMA Mission is to create and sustain a safe, free flowing and efficient traffic environment in Oyo State by employing contemporary traffic management systems driven by modern technology and highly skilled and motivated personnel amongst others.
To properly and maximally harness the benefits of the Authority, the state has been zoned; Agodi Zone, Sanyo Zone (both in Ibadan) Oyo Zone and Ogbomoso Zone, while each zone has unit to cover the roads.
The headquarters of OYRTMA is located at the State Secretariat, Agodi Ibadan, saddled with operational and administrative responsibility for the smooth running of the Authority.

OYRTMA Recruitment 2022: The Oyo State Road Traffic Management Authority invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for Road Traffic Assistants, Road Traffic Superintendents/Officers.
Applicants must have passion for a career in Traffic Management and meet the requirements for any of the advertised cadre.

General Requirements:
1.Interested and qualified applicants are to apply free of charge.
2. Applicants must download, print, and sign all attached Guarantors’ documents.
3. Applicants must be Nigerian by birth.
4. Applicants must not be less than 1.66m tall for males and 1.63m tall for females.
5. Female applicants must not be pregnant at the time of recruitment and its related screenings.
6. Applicants must be medically and physically fit.
7. Applicants must be free of conviction(s) on criminal grounds, by a court of law.
8. Applicants that meet the requirements from the online application would be invited for physical screening at the Authority’s Headquarters, Sanyo, Ibadan at a date to be communicated.

- Valid Driver’s Licence.
3. Road Traffic Assistants(SportsMen/Women Option)
Requirements

- SSCE/NECO/GCE/NABTEB
- Professional Sport Certificate
- Medals of Attendance or Participation.
4. Road Traffic Superintendents/Road Traffic Officers
Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- At Least, Lower Credit in OND/NCE/HND/BSc or;
- Other relevant trade certificates from approved Government Institutions.

5. Nursing Officer I
Requirements

- Nursing Certificate(From recognized School of Nursing)
- Two(2) years Post Graduation experience
6. Nursing Officer II
