This is to inform the general public that His
Excellency, the Executive Governor of Oyo
State, Engineer Seyi Makinde has graciously
approved the recruitment of eligible indigene of Oyo State into the Amotekun Corps.
The Oyo State Western Security Network Agency codenamed Amotekun Corps has announced the commencement of its recruitment exercise for eligible indigenes of Oyo state into the security outfit.
This was made known in a statement by the Commandant of Oyo Amotekun, Col. Olayanju Olayinka (rtd), on Tuesday.
The statement reads:
“This is to inform the general public that His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde has graciously approved the recruitment of eligible indigene of Oyo State into the Amotekun Corps.

“The portal will be opened from Wednesday, 30th March by 08:00 AM and close on April 12th, 2022.
Applicants who are good at Information and
communication technologies and have good
public relations skills would have added
advantage during the selection process.
Amotekun Salary Structure and Rank
The initial Amotekun monthly salary was fixed at ₦13,500 until Members of the corps rejected. As such, the Governors if the Amotekun operative states have reconsidered by fixing the Amotekun monthly salary at N50,000 (Fifty Thousand Naira).
Note: The Amotekun salary is base on rank,h academic qualifications and operational duty.
