  5. Environmental Health Assistance (EHA) 2yrs
  6. Health Promotion and Education (HPE)2yrs
  7. Medical Laboratory Technician (MCT) 3years
  8. Nutrition and Dietetics (ND) 2years
  9. Dental Health Technician (DHT) 3years
  10. Pharmacy Technician 3year
  11. Health Information Management (PD) 3years
  12. Health Information Management (ND) 2years

 

Entry Requirements

1. EHT

  • five (5) credit passes in the Senior Secondary School Certificate
    Examination (SSCE), National Examination Council (NECO) or
    General Certificate in Education (GCE) ordinary level at not more
    than two (2) sittings, their equivalent as may be approved by
    EHORECON or WAHEB.
  • The subjects must include English
    Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health/Agricultural Science,
    Chemistry and any one from the following: Geography,
    Economics, Food and Nutrition, Physics, Technical Drawing.

 

2. CHEW

  • Holders of WASCE, SSCE, NECO or GCE O/L with (5) credits at
    not more than two sittings, which must include; English Language,
    Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
  • Junior Community Health
    Extension Worker
    (JCHEW) with 2 years‟
    post qualification
    experience in addition to the
    above requirement
    mentioned, and Applicant
    MUST be registered with
    the Community Health
    Practitioners Registration
    Board of Nigeria
    (CHPRBN), and possess a
    valid practice license.

 

3. EVT

  • GCE, SSCE, NECO, NABTEB or WAEC with at least 5 level passes
    in not more than two sittings. The 5 credit passes must include four
    (4) credit level passes in English language, Biology/Health Science
    and any other two from among the following subjects: Mathematics,
    Geography, Physics, Chemistry, and Agricultural Science
    Holders of Environmental
    Health Assistant (EHA)
    with two years post
    qualification experience can
    be admitted at 200 level of
    the Environmental Health
    Technicians Diploma
    provided they fulfill the
    entry requirement.

 

4. MLT

  • 4 credits passes at Senior Secondary School Certificate
    level/GCE/NABTEB ordinary levels in the following subjects
    English, mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and at least a pass in
    physics at not more than two sittings.

 

5. DST

  • five (5) credit passes in the Senior Secondary School Certificate
    Examination (SSCE), National Examination Council (NECO) or
    General Certificate in Education (GCE) ordinary level at not more
    than two (2) sittings. The subjects must include English Language,
    Mathematics, Biology/Health/Agricultural Science, Chemistry and
    Physics.

 

6. NUD

  • five (5) credit passes in the Senior Secondary School Certificate
    Examination (SSCE), National Examination Council (NECO) or
    General Certificate in Education (GCE) ordinary level at not more
    than two (2) sittings. The subjects must include English Language,
    Mathematics, Biology/Health Science/Agricultural Science,
    Chemistry and Physics.

 

7. HIT

  • A minimum of FIVE (5) Credits in the relevant subjects, at not more than two sittings at the SSCE, WASC or its equivalent; the subjects must include, Mathematics, English Language, Biology/Health Science, Physics/Chemistry and any other subject

 

8. HIT (NBTE)

  • A minimum of FIVE (5) Credits in the relevant subjects, at not more
    than two sittings at the SSCE, WASC or its equivalent; the subjects must include, Mathematics, English Language, Biology/Health Science, Physics/Chemistry and any other subject

 

9. HPE four (4) credit passes in GCE., SSCE, NECO or Grade 11, to include English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science and any one (1) subject.

 

10. EHA

  • Four (4) passes in GCE, SSCE, NECO, Grade II or NABTEC in
    one science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Health science, Nutrition,
    Physics, General Science or Integrate Science) and any other three (3)
    subjects a pass in English will be an added advantage.

11. JCHEW

  • A candidate should possess three (3) credits in English, Mathematics,
    Biology and passes in two (2) other subjects in WASSCE/GCE or NECO at not more than two sittings.
