Apply now for KADSUBEB Recruitment of BESDA Facilitators 2022
The Kaduna State Universal Basic Education Board (KADSUBEB) is calling for interested and qualified candidates with a minimum qualification of NCE to apply for an adhoc engagement as facilitators in its BESDA Non formal learning centers located in all the Local Government Authority of the State.
The Better Education Service Delivery for All (BESDA) Program-for-Results is a $611 million credit aiming to bring out-of-school children into the classroom, improve literacy, and strengthen accountability for results in basic education. In 2013, 13.2 million school-age children were out of school, the overwhelming majority of which is in the North where out-of-school children rates are also higher among girls, in rural areas and form poor families.

Interested applicants are to write an application letter and attarch photocopies of their credentials to the Executive Chairman Kaduna State Universal Basic Education Board (KADSUBEB) through the Acting Education Secretary (ES) of their respective Local Government Education Authority from 22nd to 29th June, 2022.

NEW UPDATE ON KADUNA BESDA RECRUITMENT EXAMS AND INTERVIEW
Following the elapse date for the submission of applications for Better Education Service Delivery for All (BESDA) Facilitators Recruitment by Kaduna State SUBEB, The date for the submission of applications has been extended to 5th July, 2022 and also date for Recruitment Examination and Interview have been reviewed to a new dates.
You will recall the announcement for
recruitment of ad-hoc facilitators that will work for 6 hours per week, by the Kaduna State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), for the reintegration of Out- Of – School children that will be enrolled into Non-Formal Learning Centres under the Better Education Service Delivery for all (BESDA) in all the 23 Local Government Areas.
Following this development, the Board
wishes to draw the attention of interested
candidates as well as all the 23 Ag. Education Secretaries to the following;
The new date for the facilitators Exams and Interview is as follows:
- The last day for submission of all application letters is Tuesday, 5th July, 2022.
- Thursday 7th July 2022 has been designated for conduct of aptitude test/examinations.
- 12th-14th of July 2022, has been
scheduled for interview of shortlisted
candidates.
Based on the foregoing, the Board is
therefore, urging all Applicants to submit their application letters on or before the 5th of July, 2022 to the Education Secretaries of their respective Local Government Areas, as no application will be received thereafter.

- The applicants must be able to communicate in both English and Hausa Languages.
- Applicants would write an Aptitude Test on the 4th of August, 2022 and attend and Inteverview.
- Those found suitable would be engage Six (6) Months to serve as facilitators in any of the Non-formal centers nearest to them.
- Engaged Facilitators will be paid Monthly allowance for the six (6) Months period of their service.
