The Nigeria COVID-19 Action Recovery and Economic Stimulus (CARES) Program is a nationwide, World Bank-sponsored intervention that seeks to mitigate the local effects of the COVID-19 worldwide pandemic at the state-level, by protecting the livelihoods of existing and newly poor and vulnerable households and supporting the enhancement of local economic activity especially among Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)

 

The Kaduna State Digital Enterprise Platform (KADDEP) is a technology initiative designed to enhance transparency in the deployment of enterprise-focused interventions in Kaduna state, while simultaneously heightening business visibility, access to funding & market opportunities for firms operating within the State.

Our mission is to provide access to funds for MSMEs and ICT sector in the state who have been hit the hardest by the covid-19 pandemic. This is in-line with the Kaduna state government directive in providing grants for MSMEs to ease the effect of the pandemic.

Our Products consist of tailor-made interventions focusing on MSMEs in various sectors in Kaduna state.

 

Kaduna State NG-CARES Grant 2022

1.Credit Grants

To ease financing constraints among MSME’s, especially as regards debts incurred in establishing shared facilities towards enhancing production capacities.
 
 
 
2. ICT Adoption Grants

 
MSMEs can leverage on our access to finance programs to obtain credit for businesses as well as reliefs on credit gotten from financial institution.
 
 
 
3. Common Facility Centres
 
Shared Facilities having State-of-the art equipment to support manufacturing processes across specific value chains.
 
 
 
4. Asset Procurement
 
In partnership with financial institutions MSME Clusters in the State particularly those in the manufacturing and food processing sectors will be supported to procure state-of-the art equipment that improve the quality of their final products, thus increasing their competitiveness.
 
 
 
5. Input Procurement

 
MSMES Clusters can enjoy cost savings through bulk purchase deals brokered through strategic partnerships with vendors and financial institutions.

  1. Firstly, I thank Almighty Allah for this great opportunity to be one of the luckiest ones in this grant. At first I thought it was not true, but after some few days I received a call from the office of Investment House requesting my full details and making some correction of the form I filled online. Alhamdulillah for this offer. I have received a grant of almost N1.3m. Thank you Kaduna state government for this gigantic efforts put in place to ease the suffering of the people in the state. Also my profound gratitude goes to our digital Governor Malam Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai for making Kaduna great ever. May Allah be our guide and continue to protect and cater for all of us. Thanks to all authority concerned in making this grant a reality.
