FUHSA Azare 2021/2022 Post UTME Screening Exercise:The Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare wishes to invite all candidates to a Post UTME test and screening exercise for 2021/2023 UTME candidates only. Therefore, all candidates who applied to FUHSA as first choice are invited which is scheduled as follows:

All affected candidates are to endeavor to do the following tasks unfailingly before the exercise:
1.Upload their O’level on JAMB CAPS or their admission will not be processed.
2. Change to the Course/Institution to FUHSA as first choice.
3. Bring originals and photocopies of their academic credentials for the screening exercise.
4. Bring one (1) passport photograph.
5. Writing materials.
6. Bring scratch cards of the O’level examination they are submitting.
