Candidates should ensure to do the following tasks unfailingly before the
exercise:
• Upload their ‘O’ Level on JAMB CAPS otherwise their admission will not be
processed.
• Bring evidence of Change to the Course/Institution to FUHSA as first choice.
• Bring originals and photocopies of their Academic Credentials for the screening
exercise.
• Bring one (1) Passport Photograph.
• Bring Writing materials for the Test.
• Bring scratch cards of the ‘O’ Level examination they are submitting.
• Payment of N2000 Screening Fee at the Venue.
FUHSA Azare 2022/2023 Cut Off Mark
1. MBBS Medicine and Surgery – 200 points and above.
2. BDS Dentistry – 200 points and above.
3. B.Sc Nursing Sciences – 160 points and above.
4. B.Sc Nutrition and Dietetics – 160 points and above.
5. B.Sc Radiography – 160 points and above.
