College of Health Tech Kaltungo Admission Form 2023/2024:Gombe State College of Health Sciences and Technology, Kaltungo (CHST KALTUNGO) has commenced the sales of Application forms for the 2023/2024 academic session for the following programmes.

A. Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health Education and Promotion (PGDE)
Entry Requirements: Applicant must have MSc, BSc, or HND, in health allied
courses with five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry in WAECINECO/NABTEB not more than two sittings.
B. Higher National Diploma Environmental Health Technology (HND-EHT)
Entry Requirements: Applicant must have National Diploma in Environmental
Health Technology from NABTEB Accredited Institution, Valid JAMB number, and five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry in WAEC or NECO not more than two sittings.
C. Higher National Diploma Health Information Management (HND-HIM)
Entry Requirements: Applicant must have National Diploma in Health Information Management (HIM) maximum of lower credit from NBTE accredited institution, evidence of one-year relevant work experience from any accredited health institution approved by board, valid license, and five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology. Physics and Chemistry in WAEC or NECO not more than two sittings.
D. Post Basic Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW)
Entry Requirements: Applicant must have Certificate in Junior Community Health Extension Worker(JCHEW) and five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry in WAEC or NECO not more than two sittings.
E. Post Basic Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
Entry Requirements: Applicant must have Certificate in Medical Laboratory
Assistant (MLA) and five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology,
Physics and Chemistry in WAEC or NECO not more than two sittings.

P. Junior Community Health Extension Worker (JCHEW)
Entry Requirements: Applicant must have three (3) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, and two passes in Physics and Chemistry in WAEC or NECO not more than two sittings.
Q. National Diploma in Statistics
Entry Requirements: Applicant must have five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB not more than two sittings.
R. National Diploma in Computer Science
Entry Requirements: Applicant must have five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB not more than two sittings.
S. National Diploma in Biomedical Engineering Technology
Entry Requirements: Applicant must have five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB not more than two sittings.
