College of Health Technology Jahun Admission Form 2023/2024:College of Health Sciences and Technology (CHST) Jahun, Jigawa State wishes to announce the sales of Application forms for Admission in to 2023/2024 academic session which is scheduled to commence on 6th March to 6th April, 2023.
Interested candidate should visit the website www.chstjahun.edu.ng to complete the Application form.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- All candidates applying for Diploma program MUST possess FIVE (5) credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.
- While those applying for JCHEW, MUST have at least 3 credits in English, Mathematics, Biology and passes in Physics and Chemistry.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
STEP 1: Visit CHST Jahun Portal
Link to Apply for CHST Jahun Admission form:
STEP 2: Click apply to create profile.
STEP 3: Fill in the required information
STEP 4: Click submit to generate RRR.
STEP 5: Make payment by following the instructions there in (Card, Bank USSD Phone number or Account number).
STEP 6: After successful payment Log in to complete the application by following the instructions at the Student’s Dashboard.
STEP 7: Print your Acknowledgement slip.

- There is NO NEED for submission of Application form to the college until during CBT.
- Invitation for CBT will be send to the phone number/email address provided during application.
