I never start test at all and no way to login again the site is demanding for access code which I didn’t even know about

I was able to capture and match the capture but, haven’t proceeded to write the test when the page hang. I tried to start application only to be told that my NIN is used, then I click on resume application. Using my NIN( since I haven’t gotten the ID code), I kept getting the response ‘retry access code’ since yesterday to this morning. How do I go about it? Please, do something. Good day

I have successfully submitted my application but forgot to write the application ID. Any way to recover my ID please?

I just tried it now , Nim.is not working and access code is not working. The system is telling me to retry access code but when I put in access code still not working and my location is on as instructed.

Pls what can I do to resolve this problem and continue with my registration?

Pls help me resolve this problem . I want to resume application the system is asking for my NIM number or access code but the problem is after I put in my nim it will ask for access code and when I put in my access code it will ask to retry access code without opening the portal in other to continue with the registration process,even my location is already on but still experiencing the same problem .

What is the way forward ?

Pls help me. I have validate my nim and did face capture but I couldn’t login to continue my registration even when my location is turn on.
Access code is not working, Nim also is not working.
