Nigerian Navy School of Health Sciences Offa Admission Form 2023/2024:Nigerian Navy School of Health Sciences Offa, Kwara State (NNCHS -OFFA) is inviting applications for admission into National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes 2023/2024 Academy Session.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Candidates must posses a minimum of 5 credits in WAEC/NECO/GCE or NABTEB which must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than Two (2) sittings.
2. Candidates must be between the ages of 16-26 yearsvby January, 2024
3. Candidates that wrote 2023 Jamb UTME with a score of 140 and above and wish to change institutionvNigerian Navy School ofHealth Sciences Kwara Statevare advised to do so as admission into the college isvongoing.
PROGRAMME DURATION:
Four (4) years for ND/HND Health Sciences Programme
APPLICATION FORMS:
Application forms are to be obtained at the office of the Registrar of the college on payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifteen Thousand, Five Hundred Naira only(N1 5,500.00).

11th- 13th December 2023
NOTE:
Candidates shall be responsible for accommodations, transportation, transport & feeding throughout the period ofthe selection interview/test.
