Akwa Ibom College of Nursing Basic Midwifery Admission Form 2024/2025
The Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) in a circular dated 14th February 2024 has approved the Basic Midwifery Programme admission for 2024. In view of this development, there will be admission of eligible Candidates into the Basic Midwifery Programme
of the College for March, 2024 intake.
REGISTRATION: Commences from Wednesday 21st February- Thursday 14th March, 2024 between the hours of 8:30am – 3:00pm daily EXCEPT public holidays and weekends.
NO ONLINE FORM OR PROCESSING IS AVAILABLE!
QUALIFICATION: WASSCE, GCE, NECO OR NABTEB with credits in English Language, Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
NOTE: NABTEB Stands alone (It cannot be combined with any other Examination)
VENUE: Registration will ONLY take place at the College main Campus – kot Ekpene (formerly School of Nursing, Ikot Ekpene).

Requirements for Registration
- Three recent colour passport photographs.
- Original and two photocopies of each of the following:
Educational Gertificates – PSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO, OR NABTEB. - Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Certificateof Local Government of Origin
- Changeof name (if applicable)
- Age(16 years and above)
