Zamfara State College of Health Sciences and Technology Tsafe wishes to inform the College community and the General Public that 2024/2025 Academic session online Admission form is on sale for the following Programmes:
1. School of health information management:
- Pre- HND Health Information Management
2. School of Public Health Science:
- Environmental Health Technician [EVT] 3year
- National Diploma in Health Promotion and Education [NDHPE] 2year
- National Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics [NDND] 2 years
3. School of Dental Health Science:
- National Diploma in Dental Therapy [NDDT] 2year
4. School of Community Health Science:
- Community Health Extension Worker [CHEW] 3 year.

Requirements for Admission
- Interested Applicants must possess 5 Credit passes at not more than two Sitting in English, Math, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
- However, applicants applying for pre-HND of Health Information Management must present a JAMB slip and Applicants can visit the College portal at sis.chsttsafe.edu.ng respectively.
- Similarly, the sales of form at the cost of N6,000 only, commences from Monday 5th February 2024 to Friday 8th march 2024.
