CONS Sokoto Basic Midwifery Admission Form 2024/2025
This is to inform all interested candidates into Basic Midwifery program and Direct Midwifery for Community Midwife of the College of Nursing Sciences, Sokoto that forms will be available at sis.conssokoto.com.ng from 21st February to 1st March, 2024.
Note that, only Female candidates with Five (5) Credits passes in English Language, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology are eligible to apply.
And for the Direct Entry into Basic Midwifery admission (Licensed Community Midwife) applicant Must in addition to the above, be a Licensed Community Midwife with at least Two (2) years experience.
