(b) First School Leaving Certificate
(c) WASC/NECO/NABTEC
(d) Higher Institution Certificate(s)
(e) NYSC Certificate
(f) Registration with Professional Body (where applicable)
(g) Practicing License (where applicable)
(h) Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
(i) Local Government Indigene Letter
(j) CBT Result printout
