QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCED REQUIRED

1. LECTURER CADRE

i. Chief Lecturer (CONPCASS 09)

• Candidate must posse ss a good Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of Sec ond ClassLower Division (2/2) in relevant discipline plus NYSC/Discharged Certificate.
• A minimm of Nineteen (19) years post qualification cognate experience.
• A Master’s Degree in relevant field.
• Membership of relevant professional body is mandatory.
• A demonstrable evidence of competence in applied research/
  production/construction and scholarship nationally/internationally.
• 5 papers read at national and intermational conference/seminar Journal articles published in reputable Journals.
• 5 meaningful chapters’ contributions in a standard textbook or two (2) Standard textbooks.
  -Evidence of community service.

ii. Principal Lecturer (CONPCASS 08)

• Candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of Second Class Lower Division (2/2) in relevant discipline plus NYSC/Discharged Certificate.
• A minimum of sixteen (16) years post qualification cognate experience.
• A Master’s Degree in relevant field.
• Membership of relevant professional body is mandatory.
• 3 conference/seminar papers.
• 4 Journals published in reputable Journals.
• 4 meaningful chapters’ contribution in a standard textbook
• Evidence to initiate/supervise research work.

 

iii. Senior Lecturer (CONPCASS 07)

• Candidate must po ssess a good Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of Second Class Lower Division (2/2) in relevant discipline plus NYSC/Discharged Certificate.
• A minimum of twelve (12) years post qualification cognate experience.
• Membership of relevant professional body is mandatory
• A Master’s Degree in relevant field.
• 3 conference/seminar papers
• 1 journal or 2 chapters’
• contributionin a standard text book

 

iv. Lecturer I (CONPCASS 06)

• Candidate must posse ss a good Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of Second Class Lower Division (2/2) in relevant discipline plus NYSC/Discharged Certificate.
• A minimum of Nine (9) years post qualification cognate experience.
• 5 conference/seminar papers
• 2 Journals or 1-chapter contribution in a standard textbook
• Membership of relevant professional body is mandatory

 

V. Lecturer II (CONPCASS 04)

• Candidate must po ssess a good Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of Second Class Lower Division (2/2) in relevant discipline plus NYSC/Discharged Certificate.
• A minimum of six (6) years post qualification cognate experience.
• 3 joumals and 3 conference/seminar papers

 

vi. Lecturer III (CONPCASS 03)

• Candidate must po Ssess a good Bachelor’s Degree with minimumn of Second Class Lower Division (2/2) in relevant discipline plus NYSC/Discharged Certificate.
• A minimum of three (3) years post qualification cognate experience.
• A minimum of two (2) conference/seminar papers

 

vii. Assistant Lecturer (CONPCASS 02)

• Candidate must po ssess a good Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of Second Class Lower Division (22) in relevant discipline plus NYSC/Discharged Certificate.

 

INSTRUCTOR CADRE

i Chief Instructor (CONPCASS 08)

• Candidate must hold a Higher National Diploma with a minimum of Lower Credit plus NYSC/discharged Certificate.
• A minimum of Sixteen (16) years post qualification cognate experience.
• Evidence of at least three (3) independent practical projects or conference papers.
• Membership of relevant professional body.

 

ii. Assistant Chief Instructor (CONPCASS 07)

• Candidate must hold a Higher National Diploma with a minimumn of Lower Credit
  plus NYSC/discharged Certificate.
• A minimum of Twelve (12) years post qualification cognate experience.
• Membership of relevant professional body Evidence of three (3) independent practical projects or conference papers

iii. Principal Instructor I (CONPCASS 06)

• Candidate must hold a Higher National Diploma with a minimum of Lower Credit
  plus NYSC/discharged Certificate.
• A minimum of Nine (9) years post qualification cognate experience.
  Membership of relevant professional body.
• Evidence of at least two (2) independent practical projects or conference papers.

 

iv. Principal Instructor II (CONPCASS 04)

• Candidate must hold a Higher National Diploma with a minimum of Lower Credit
  plus NYSC/discharged Certificate.
• A minimum of six (6) years post qualification co gnate experience.
• Evidence of at least one (1) practical project or conference paper.

 

v. Senior Instructor (CONPCASS 03)

• Candidate must hold a Higher National Diploma with a minimumn of Lower Credit
  plus NYSC/discharged Certificate.
• A minimum of three (3) years post quali fication cognate experience.

 

vi. Higher Instructor (CONPCASS02)

• Candidate must hold a Higher National Diploma with a minimum of Lower Credit plus NYSC/discharged Certificate.

 

TECHNOLOGIST CADRE

i. Chief Technologist (CONPCASS 08)

• Candidate must hold a Higher National Diploma with a minimum of Lower Credit plus NYSC/discharged Certificate.

• Evidenceof production or fabrication of two (2) functional projects in thevrelevant discipline
• Membershipof relevant pro fe ssional body is mandatory.

 

iv. Principal Technologist II (CONPCASS 04)

• Candidate must hold a Higher National Diploma with a minimum of Lower Credit plus NYSC/discharged Certificate.
• A minimum of Six (6) years post qualification cognate experien ce.
  Evidence of production or fabrication of one (1) functional project in the relevant
  discipline.

 

v. Senior Technologist (CONPCASS 03)

• Candidate must hold a Higher National Diploma with a minimum of Lower Credit plus NYSC/discharged Certificate.
• A minimum of Three (3) years post qualification cognate experience.
  Evidence of production or fabrication of one (1) functional project in the relevant

• Candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division (2/2) in Library and information Science plus NYSC Discharge Certificate.
