1.INTERN PHYSIOTHERAPIST

• Candidates must possess a degree in Physiotherapy.
• Must have registered with the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Registration Board of Nigeria.

2. INTERN PHARMACIST

• Candidates must possess a degree in Pharmacy.
• Must have registered with the Pharmacist Council of Nigeria (PCN).

3. INTERN MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENTIST

• Candidates must possess a degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
• Must have registered with the Institute of Medical Laboratory Science of Nigeria.

4. INTERN IMAGING SCIENTIST

• Candidates must possess a Degree in Radiography
• Must have registered with the Radiographers Registration of Nigeria (RRBN)

• Candidates must possess a Degree in Bachelor Of Nursing Services
• Must have registered with Nursing Council Of Nigeria

The Application forms are to be filled from the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital website; www.uithilorin.org.ng or UITH portal https://www.uithilorin.org.ng/applicationform1.php  anf pay five thousand naira (N5,000.00) non-refundable fee into University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital Account with the CBN through CBN e-payment gateway REMITA.

2. Log on to www.remita.net
3. Click on Pay FGN and State TSA
4. Select and click FGN Federal Government of Nigeria
5. Type University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital on whom do you want to pay
6. Select UITH GENERAL PURPOSE on Name of Service/Purpose
7. Fill in the necessary information and make your payment.

9. After payment is made through the Remita Platform, you can now proceed with your registration by filling the online UITH FORM with the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) Number generated with the payment made.

11. A confirmation link will be sent to the E-mail you provided during the E-mail registration.
12. Login into your E-mail account by opening a new Tab in the same browser already opened.
13. Click on the link sent to your E-mail by noreply@uithilorin.
14. The UITH employment form will be made available for you to fill and submit.
15. After submission wait for 2 seconds as you will be directed to print or download the filled form.
16. NOTE: Please don’t bring the printout to UITH.
