Applications are invited from qualified and interested members of the public for admission into the 9th Regular Course Degree Programmes of the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil, Kano State.

The application portal will be opened for the period of Six (6) Weeks from 1st  August to 12th September, 202 where prospective applicants are required to complete the Online application Forms and submit same within the specified period.

Admission into the Academy is opened to both Male and Female Nigerians of good character.

POLAC 2022 ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • The Nigeria Police Academy requirements for the online application is as follows;

 

  • Applicant shall be of Nigerian origin by birth and posseses National Identity Number (NIN), JAMB result (2022 Only) with not less than 180 Marks and Must have selected Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil as First Choice in JAMB UTME Form.

 

  • Applicant Must possess a minimum of Six (6) credits in not more than 2 sittings in WAEC/NECO with Credit passes in English and Mathematics.

 

  • Applicant Must be aged between 17-22 years by 31st October, 2022.

 

  • Applicant Must be Medically, physically and phsycologically fit and Must not be less than 1.67M tall for Male and 1.65l4M tall for Female.

 

  • Applicant Must not have less than 86 cm (34 inches) expanded chest measurement (for Male only).

 

  • Female applicant Must not be Married or Pregnant at the time of admission.

 

  • Applicant Must have a valid email address and phone number.

 

  • SSCE (WAEC/NECO) Statement of results or Certificate relating to examination taken before 2017  will not be accepted.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

How to Apply for Nigeria Police Academy 9th Regular Course 2022:

  • Interested Applicants are advised to go to the Nigeria Police Academy’s Website www.polac.edu.ng 2022 in order to obtain or generate Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) Code.

  • The RRR code obtained can be used to make payment of N5000.00 (N2,000.00 for Post  UTME Examination is included) through any commercial Bank Branch in Nigeria. Applicants must, in addition, apply through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) as well as sit for the 2020 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

 

 

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS

  • Applications are to be submitted online. On submission of the applications, candidates are required to download Acknowledgement slip.
  • Only candidates who meet the POLAC 2022 cut-off mark will be enabled to download and print their examination cards.

 

 

NATURE AND DURATION OF THE COURSE

 Candidates admitted into the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil degree course will undergo a combined Academic and Police training for a minimum period of Five (5) Years leading to Bachelor’s degrees and commission into the Nigeria Police Force as Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP).
