College of Nursing and Midwifery Maiduguri Admission Form 2023/2024 This is to inform the general public that applications are invited from suitable and qualified candidates for admission into Basic Midwifery and Community Midwifery training program at the College of Nursing and Midwifery, Maiduguri, Borno State for 2023/2024 session.
Sales of admission form commences on Monday 9th January, 2023 to Monday 23 January, 2023.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must possess five credits in O, level at not more than two (2) sittings which shall include: Mathematics, English, Chemistry, Physics and Biology in WAEC/NECO OR NABTEB.
FOR POST BASIC NURSING: In addition to the above requirements, candidate must have two years working experience and notification of registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria as a registered Midwife with confirmed updated (PUF).
- Candidates must not be less than 17 years of age and in sound complete state of health at the time of purchasing the form.
DATE OF APTITUDE TEST: Saturday 28th January, 2023
Venue: College of Nursing and Midwifery Maiduguri.
Time: 7:00am
METHOD OF APPLICATION
1. Payment of nonrefundable fee of seven thousand naira (N 7.000) for basic while ten thousand naira (N 10.000) for Post Basic into college of Nursing and Midwifery Account via REMITA
2. Summit evidence of payment and collect receipt at the College Bursary Department.
3. All candidates are expected to summit copy of printout form to the college administrative office
4. Go to College of Nursing and Midwifery Maiduguri Portal below and follow the instruction that follows.
