Akwa Ibom State Schools of Basic Midwifery Admission Form 2023:Akwa Ibom State Nursing Directorate, Ministry of Health, Uyo wishes to inform public that there will be admission of eligible candidates into Schools of Basic Midwifery Programme in Akwa Ibom State.
Registration Commences from Wednesday 11th Jan, 2023-3rd Feb, 2023 between the hours of 8:30am – 3:00pm daily except public holidays and weekends.
Venue for Registration will ONLY take place at Nursing Services Directorate, Ministry of Health, Headquarters, Idongesit Nkanga Secretariat, Uyo.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Qualification: WASSCE, GCE, NECO or NABTEB with credits in English Language, Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
NOTE: NABTEB Stands alone (It cannot be combined with any other Examination).

Requirements for Registration
Three recent Colour passport photograph Original and two photocopies of each of the following:
- Educational Certificates – FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO or NABTEB.
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Certificate of Local Government of Origin
- Change of name (if applicable).
- Age (16 years and above)
