Update on NPC Adhoc Staff Recruitment Shortlist & Training 2023:The NPC Adhoc Staff Enumerators and Supervisors have been eager to know the Training Date for the LGA Level Training meant to prepare them for the 2023 Population and Housing Census Exercise.
In view of that, there has been speculative message being circulated online which claims that the NPC Adhoc Staff Enumerators and Supervisors Training would begin from 1st March, 2023.

DATE: 7th March, 2023
- LGA Level Contact Training on BUILDING NUMBERING & HOUSEHOLD LISTING.
- All Council Wards are advised to be punctual
VENUE: NPC OFFICE, LG Secretariat.
DATE: 8th March, 2023 – ELECTION BREAK
DATE: 13th – 17th March, 2023 – FIELD WORK on Building Numbering & Household Listing
CANDIDATES ARE TO COME WITH THEIR ANDROID PHONES TO BE USED DURING TRAINING PLEASE
However, a contact made to the National Populations Commission has declared such information as false.
The NPC confirmed that a proposal seeking for the schedule of the LGA Level Training for Enumerators and Supervisors is in its presence, but the commission is yet to fix a new date for the LGA Level Training.
Before LGA Level Training commences, there must be an Invitation from the National Population Commission sent to the successful Enumerators and Supervisors to prepare ahead of the Training Schedule.
Recall the Director of Census, National
Population Commission, Mrs Evelyn Arinola Olanipekun had earlier announced that the LGA Level Training for Enumerators and Supervisors previously scheduled to begin on
Monday 6th February, 2023, would no longer hold as planned.
Mrs Olanipekun however advised that
Trainers and Trainees should maintain
communication on their respective class
WhatsApp platforms, because every Trainer and Trainees will have to continue with the self leaning sessions and a virtual classroon training will be organized shortly before the LGA level training.
As the state level training is winding down, you may wish to be informed that the Enumeration timelines have been adjusted and as such the LGA level training for the Enumerators and Supervisors will not start again on Monday 6th February 2023, the new date will be communicated soon. “Meanwhile trainers and trainees should maintain communication on their respective class WhatsApp platforms, because every trainer and trainees will have to continue with the self leaning sessions and a virtual classroom training will be organized shortly before the LGA level training.

3. Enter your Application Code or NIN
4. If your Status in PENDING, kindly note that your Application is under Review.
NOTE: Even if your Application Status is showing pending you should go for screening at your Local Government NPC office. After the screening your Status will change to Approved. Then you input your Bank Details and submit.
