Plateau State Police Recruitment Physical Screening Schedule 2024

The Plateau State Police Command wishes to inform all Plateau indigenes who have successfully applied for the ongoing recruitment into the Police Constable cadre for the 2022/2023 intake, that the physical and credentials screening exercise will commence on January 8th, 2024.

Applicants are advised to visit the recruitment portal: https://www.policerecruitment.gov.ng to access their invitation slip for the screening exercise and use their National Identification Number (NIN) for printing. The screening exercise will take place from January 8th – 29th, 2024.

Applicants are required to appear for the screening exercise in a clean white T-shirt and Shorts, carrying their credentials arranged in two white office files, as well as a recent passport photograph. The invitation slip will indicate the scheduled date of the screening for each candidate.

The physical and credentials screening exercise for Plateau State will be held at the Police Headquarters, Jos from 0700hrs daily.

Successful applicants are required to bring the following documents:

  1.  Recent passport photograph
  2. Medical report of mental/physical fitness from a recognized government hospital.
  3. Character certificate from the Village/District heads of the applicant.
  4. Certificate of origin signed by the LGA Chairman or Secretary.
  5. NIN slip
  6. Original and duplicate copies of credentials, including ‘O’ level results, birth certificate, and declaration of age.
  7. Print out of the application form
  8. Duly completed Guarantor’s form
  9. The screening invitation slip
