CHST Jahun Admission Form 2024/2025
College of Heath Sciences and Technology Jahun, Jigawa State wishes to announce the sales of Application form for Admission in to 2024/2025 academic session which is scheduled to commence on Monday 25th March to Sunday 20th April, 2024. Interested candidate should visit the website: www.chstjahun.edu.ng to complete the Application form.
All candidates applying for Diploma program MUST possess FIVE (5) credits in English, Mathematics, Biology,
Physics, and Chemistry. While those applying for JCHEW, MUST have at least 3 credits in English, Mathematics, Biology and passes in Physics and Chemistry.

1. NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
2. NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN EPIDEMIOLOGY AND DISEASE CONTROL
3. NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNOLOGY
3. NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN PUBLIC HEALTH TECHNOLOGY
4. NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN NUTRITION AND DIETETICS
5. NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING
6. NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN DISPENSING OPTICIANRY
7. NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN DENTAL THERAPY
8. DIPLOMA IN COMMUNITY HEALTH (CHEW)
9. CERTIFICATE IN COMMUNITY HEALTH (JCHEW)
10. MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
11. PHARMACY TECHNICIAN
12. DENTAL SURGERY TECHNICIAN
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Step1: Visit https://www.chstjahun.edu.ng/
Step 2: Click on portal
Step 3: Click online Application
Step 4: Select click here to register
Step 5: Fill in the required information
Step 6: Click Submit to generate RRR
Step 7: Make payment using Bank USSD, Card & Phone No. or Account No.
Step 8: After Successful payment login back to complete your application and submit.
Step 9: Print your application slip and wait for ONLINE SCREENING scheduled 24th April, 2024 to 3rd May, 2024.
NOTES:
To start the APPLICATION SCREENING PROCESS, you are advised to Log in to your dashboard starting from Wednesday 24 April, 2024 to 3th May. 2024.
Applicants, who choose not to log in for the online screening exercise, will not be
given consideration for admission.
