This is to inform the general public that application forms for admission into Basic Nursing, Basic midwifery, Community Nursing and Community Midwifery in Taraba State College of Nursing and Midwifery are obtainable on the school portal.
Sales of forms start from 4th August, 2020 and end 11th September, 2020.
Application forms fee is N6,875 only.
1. Basic Nursing and Basic Midwifery
Requirements:
- Candidate must have Five (5) Credits in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB obtainable at not more than two sittings (Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Chemistry and Physics).
2. Community Nursing and Community Midwifery
Requirements:
- Candidate must have Five (4) Credits including ( English Language and Biology) in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB obtainable at not more than two sittings.
Method of Application into Taraba State College of Nursing and Midwifery
APPLICATION GUIDELINES
i. Log into
ii. Click on “Apply Now”
iii. Create an account on school portal
iv. Use your ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ to ‘log in’
v. Make payment for application form via ATM card.
vi. Fill the form carefully and submit online.
vii. Print your payment slip, Application Form and Acknowledgment form.
viii. The applicants should come along with printed documents in vii. Above
Aptitude Test: Aptitude test date will be communicated via each individual phone number.
