REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Professor:

  • PhD with at least 8 years’experience in University teaching and research in
    the relevant fields.
  • Candidates must have a good record of scholarly publications along
    with evidence of considerable teaching and research as well as demonstrable capacity for academic leadership.
  • Candidates are expected to be registered with the various
    recognized professional bodies, as applicable, as well as proficiency in ICT.

Associate Professor:

  • PhD with at least 6 years’experience in University teaching, and research in the relevant fields.
  • Candidates must have a good record of scholarly publications along with evidence of considerable teaching and research as well as demonstrable capacity for academic leadership.
  • Candidates are expected to be registered with the various recognized professional bodies, as applicable, as well as proficiency in ICT.

Senior Lecturer:

  • PhD with at least 4 years post-qualification cognate experience
    buttressed with a suitable number of publications and ICT proficiency.

Lecturer 1:

  • PhD with at least 2 years post-qualification experience with a suitable
    number of publications and ICT proficiency.

4. RESEARCH HUB
Professor/Senior Research Fellow
(Social and Management Sciences, and Science and Technology)

Requirements:

  • A PhD or extensive and nationally and internationally recognized professional
    expertise;
  • Excellent grasp of research methodology, grant sourcing, leadership and coordination
    skills;
  • Track record in successful grant applications and to achieve grant targets.
  • Previous teaching experience at the university level;
  • Experience of developing major national/international projects with recognizable.
  • successes and conclusions;
    Extensive understanding of national and international contexts of research;
    Excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills; and
    A clear commitment to making a leading contribution to the research environment with a track record of producing or to produce high quality research and research publications outputs;
  • Experience of leading in a research team environment, and multidisciplinary
    research;
  • Excellent ICTskills.
  • Ability to manage staff and students in research related matters;
  • Experience of working on high profile projects of national and international repute attracting media interest;

NON-TEACHING STAFF VACANCIES

1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Requirements:

  • Overseeing all aspects of the Business School including driving admissions and quality staff recruitment;
  • Supporting the Director of Institutional Advancement (DIA) in strategic analysis and planning, including advising the DIAon the operational and fiscal impact of planning alternatives;
  • Generating proposals for national and international trainings and research
    collaborations;
  • Instituting cutting edge partnerships and establishing functional industry-oriented training template.
  • Managing facilities use and their development including master and sustainability planning, public safety, transportation and parking;
  • Evaluation of and strategic advice on the impact of the introduction of new
    programs/strategies;

2. CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (CALEB BUSINESS SCHOOL)

Requirements:

  • Sourcing new revenue streams through within and outside Nigeria through trainings, coaching programs, conferences sales, seeking donors and funders locally and internationally;
  • Driving marketing for admissions, trainings and coaching programs for industry and non-industry leaders;
    Articulating proposals for educational advancement;
  • Promoting and marketing all University products, activities and programs
    Ensuring adequate and appropriate school communications with effective feedback loop.

3. SOCIAL WORKER
Requirements:

  • Connect students with resources to help them avoid problems such as truancy or excessive absences.
  • Provide assistance accessing community resources Assess students for any number of issues, such as substance abuse.
  • Conduct home visits.
  • Conduct biopsychosocial evaluations.
    Identify social skill or a lack of it
    Support a multidisciplinary treatment team.
  • Provide crisis management.
    Address social issues that affect students development and education
    Develop and implement treatment plans.

4. NURSING OFFICER

  • Requirements:
    NRN and NRM Certificate
  • Must be duly registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria;
  • 3 years post-qualification work experience.

5. HEALTH RECORD OFFICER
Requirements:

  • Registrable with the health record Officers Registration Board of Nigeria.
    Minimum of 3 years post qualification work experience.
  • HND in Health Information Management or its Equivalent.

 

5. TELEVISION/RADIO STUDIO TECHNOLOGIST

Requirements:

  • Bsc. or equivalent in relevant engineering, communication or related area with at least 5 years cognate experience.

6. SECURITY OFFICER
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree. An Intelligence or Crime
    Management background will be an advantage;
  • Experience using security equipment and fire standards.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively orally and writing.
  • Must be able to routinely and as a first responder in emergency situation ambulate around a large campus with various and mixed terrains including pavements, gardens and stairs.
  • Must be a born-again Christian.
  • Qualification: B.Sc. in Social Work of Equivalent qualification.

7. CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY

  • Qualification: B.Sc./HND in Secretarial Studies with five years cognate experience.
