Admission Requirements
1. H N D Environmental Health Technologist
- Candidate must possess Five (5) “O” Level Credit which include Maths, English, Biology, Physics and Chemistry COUPLED with Diploma in Environmental Health.
2. DIPLOMA IN ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH OFFICER (E H O)
- Five credit which include Biology/Health Science.
E H A (Environmental Health Assistant) is an added advantage.
3. DIPLOMA IN ENVIRONMENTA HEALTH TECHNICIAN (EVT)
- Four (4) Credits, which include English, Biology/Health Science, and either Credit in Geography, Physics, Chemistry or Agric Science with a pass in any other subject.
3. DIPLOMA IN HEALTH EDUCATION PROMOTION (HEP)
- Four (4) Credits (GCE/SSCE/NECO OR GRADE II). Which include Maths, English, Biology and any other subject
4. DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (HIM)
- Candidate must possess four (4) O-Level credit in SSCE (WAEC or NECO). Which include Maths, English, Biology/Health Science, Physics or Chemistry.
5. DIPLOMA IN MEDICAL LAB TECHNICIAN (MLT)
- Five credits which include Maths, English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
6. NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN NUTRITION AND DIETETICS (NUD)
- Five credits which Include Maths, English, Biology/Agric, Physics, Chemistry.
7. DIPLOMA IN PHARMACY TECHNICIAN
- Five Credits which include Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths and English.
8. Community Health Extension Worker
- Community Health Extension Worker
9. Junior Community Health Extension Worker
- Junior Community Health Extension Worker.
Programmes Offered and Requirements
1. HND – Candidates must possess five(5) “O” Level credits in SSCE (NECO or WASC), which include Mathematics, English, Biology, physics and Chemistry COUPLED WITH Diploma in Environmental Health.
2. DIPLOMA(CHEW, EHO, MLT, & PT) – Candidates must possess five(5) “O” Level credits in SSCE (NECO or WASC). Which include Maths, English, Biolog, physics and Chemistry.
CHEW, HIM & EHO may accept Health Science in place of Biology.
3. HIM – Four(4) Credits, which include Eng., Maths, Biology/Health Science, and Chemistry or Physics.
4. HEP – Four(4) Credits (GCE/SSCE/NECO OR GRADE II), which include Eng., Maths, Biology, and any other subject.
5. EVT – Four(4) Credits, which include Eng., Maths, Biology/Health Science, and either Credit in Geography, Physics, Chemistry or Agric Science with a Pass in any other subject.
CERTIFICATE COURSES
- MLA – Three(3) Credits, which include Biology, English, & Chemistry with any other Passes in Science Subjects.
- JCHEW – Three(3) Credits, which include Maths, English and Biology/Health Science with any Two(2) Passes in Science Subjects.
