Kwara State SUBEB Date, Venue and Requirements for Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff Oral Interview and Promotional Exams 2021

Below is the schedule of our oral interview and promotion exam this week.

The Kwara State SUBEB (KWASUBEB) wishes to inform both the Teaching and Non-Teaching staff of the board that Promotion Examinations and Oral interview for the years 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 will come up as follows:

MONDAY 2nd August 2021: Oral interview for GL 1-6 for years 2017 and 2018

 

Tuesday 3rd August 2021:Oral interview for GL 1-6 for years 2019 and 2020

Wednesday 4th August 2021: eligible Candidates from GL 07-17 for years 2017 and 2018

Thursday 5th August 2021: eligible Candidates from GL 07-17 for years 2019 and 2020

The officers are expected to write the examination in LGEAs of their duty post;

  1. Ilorin west – JSS Queen Elizabeth School.
  2. Asa LGEA – JSS Afon.
  3. Ilorin East LGEA – Okesuna LGEA School.
  4. Ilorin South LGEA – Bishop Smith LGEA School.
  5. Irepodun LGEA – GSS omun-Aran.
  6. Isin LGEA – Ijara Isin High School
  7. Baruten LGA – Baptist Primary School, Okuta.
  8. Oke-ero LGEA – Orota Community High School, Odo owa.
  9. Offa LGEA – JSS Offa Grammar School.
  10. Oyun LGEA – Erinle Secondary School Hall.
  11. Ekiti LGEA – JSS Osi
  12. Ifelodun LGEA – St. John LGEA, Idofian/comm, LGEA school, Idofian.
  13. Edu LGEA – LGEA Central Primary School, Lafiagi.
  14. Patigi LGEA – Patigi Secondary School
    Kaima LGEA- Govt Unity Secondary School Kaima.
  15. Moro LGEA – Pilot Primary School Bode Saadu, SUBEB HQrts – St John LGEA Maraba

 

Examination starts 9:00am daily at various centers listed above.

The management of the board advises all eligible candidates to come along with the Originals of the following documents;

  • 1st appointment letter
  • Confirmation letter
  • Last Promotion Letter
  • Certificate and ID card for the Promotion exercise as stipulated,as no form of excuses or Omission will be entertained.
