The interview of dates successful applicants are TUESDAY 31st AUGUST and WEDNESDAY 1st SEPTEMBER, 2021 at the Auditorium of the College of Health Technology, Ilesa starting at 8am on each day.

- Writing materials imcluding HB pencils, eraser, and pen.
- Print Out of examination slip
